SHIPPING POLICIES:
 
Thank you for shopping with us!

 Your items will be shipped out within 48 hours (weekdays) of placing your order. For items ordered on weekends, please allow up to 72 hours for shipping.

We ship out packages with great care, using USPS or UPS. You will be emailed with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding Shipping.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We understand that sometimes, items need to be returned. And that's okay. We strive for great customer service and easy returns, but we do ask a few favors from our amazing customers in return:

1- We gladly accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. However, original payment form returns must be made within 7 days. Returns made between day 8 & 30, will receive store credit only. Please contact us about returns to be shipped back or bring your return into our store within 30 days.

2- All items must be in new, unused condition. Clothing must have the original tags still attached. We cannot be held responsible for items once they have been washed or worn.

3- Rustic Oak Soaps, candles, hygienic items, leggings, bralettes, Mystery Boxes, & Final Sale/Clearance items are NOT eligible for returns.

4- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

5- Above all, we want you to enjoy your purchases, so please contact us about any issues.

1- Are all items eligible for returns?

While most items in our store, we will gladly return or exchange, there are a few exceptions. Rustic Oak Soaps products and any candles are excluded from returns. Items marked Final Sale or in our Clearance Section, and our Mystery Boxes are also not eligible for returns. All other items are fair game, including SeneGence makeup and skincare.

 

2- When will I receive my items?

Items are shipped from our store in Hardinsburg, KY within 48-72 hours of placing your order. Normally they are shipped out within 24 hours of you placing your order. We ship using USPS or UPS and you will receive a tracking number once one is generated. Please allow 24 hours for the Post Office to update this tracking number from when they receive it.

 

3- I ordered a Pre-Order item, when will I receive it?

Items that are marked "Pre-Order" are items that have yet to be received in our store. Some are coming from across the country, while others are locally made, and take time to make said item. Please refer to the description box of each Pre-Order item to see when they are expected to be ready. You will receive an email when items are in the store and ready to be shipped or ready for pickup.

 

4- How can I find the sizing information for the clothing? Do you have a sizing chart?

Man, wouldn't it be great if all clothing of a certain size all fit the same way? We know it sure would help us. But alas, different brands, different styles, and even different fabric, will all fit a different way. We have chosen not to put a typical sizing chart on our website for this reason. We order from many different brands, who all use different styles and different fabrics. So, instead, you will find in the description box of each item, information that will hopefully help you decide what size you may need.

At the bottom of each clothing description, you will see "Brand" so that you can see what exact brand you are getting. If you are familiar with the brand, you may be familiar with how it fits on your body.

The next line will say "Fabric." This gives you the exact fabric content of that item, so that you can see if an item may have stretch, give, or may shrink (i.e Polyester- no stretch, Spandex- lots of stretch, over 50% Cotton- possible shrinkage).

The third line reads "Fit." When an item comes in, we do a fit try-on session. We have our employees and even customers, try on these items to see how they run. tts = True To Size. Flowy means that it may run a little big or is a style that has excess fabric to it. Some other terms you may see are, Runs Fitted, Runs Small, Runs Big, or Oversized.

Try-ons are always welcome in store, and returns/exchanges are easy should you not like the way an article of clothing fits you. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific question on the fit of any item.
